Value of Existing Colonial Gardens Structure in a City with Modern Day Land Development Codes
The original Colonial Gardens structure was built in 1902 and operates under a different set of Land Development Codes and regulations, which no longer exist. It would be impossible to replace the Colonial Gardens structure under modern Land Development Codes and meet the regulations related to parking and green space.
